Browsing and free samples

This website has no customer accounts, checkout, contact form or newsletter signup. Designated free samples download without asking for personal details. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and access logs, to deliver and secure the website.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your question and resolve related support requests. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary information about children.

Purchases on Gumroad and Amazon

Where available, our book pages link to Gumroad for downloadable, printable PDFs and to Amazon for printed paperbacks. These are separate websites. Their checkout, payment, delivery and data handling are governed by their own notices: Gumroad Privacy Policy and Amazon Privacy Notice. Check the notice for the Amazon marketplace you use.

As a publisher or seller, we may receive the order information and reports that a marketplace makes available to us. We use available information to manage sales and answer purchase or download enquiries. We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not automatically add customers or people who email us to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and retention

Our email, hosting and selling platforms may process information in countries other than your own. We keep correspondence and any order records available to us only as needed to respond, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Retention can depend on the type of record; service providers also apply their own retention practices.

Children

Our books are enjoyed by children, but website purchases and contact enquiries are intended for adults. We do not offer accounts or forms for children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Your information and updates

Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us. We may need to verify the request and retain information required for applicable record-keeping obligations. For information held independently by a marketplace, use its privacy contact options. If our features or data practices change, we will update this notice and its date.
